Hey there, Tumblaroos! I’d like to address something very quickly, difficult as it is, but hopefully with this out of the way we can Rock n’ Roll on :)
I am no longer represented by Iron Rose Artistry (firstname.lastname@example.org) - If you placed an order before Saturday, June 24th, 2012 and *haven’t* already been notified of a tracking number from them, please get in touch at email@example.com with your order info. I unfortunately do not have access to order information preceeding that date. Paypal has advised me on the neccessary steps to dispute unfulfilled orders and have assured me refunds will be given in full to those who are rightly unsatisfied. I’ll also work with you in resolving these issues to the best of my ability.
I’m sincerely sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused any of you and I very much appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that as of Sunday, June 25th, 2012 ALL orders are now processed in-house with myself overseeing the process to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
